DCU Educational Trust and DCU Sport are pleased to announce the creation of a new DCU Golf Scholarship commencing in September 2024. The scholarship will support a talented student golfer to progress their academic and sporting goals while enrolled as an undergraduate student at DCU over the course of a four-year degree programme, or on a postgraduate programme.
The scholarship builds on DCU Sport’s existing sports scholarship programme, which supports over 200 elite student athletes annually. DCU enjoys a strong reputation for the promotion of sports and physical activity as an integral part of the student experience, the outstanding performances of the university’s elite athletes and the expertise of DCU’s School of Health and Human Performance in the science that underpins sport. This is reflected in DCU’s selection as the Student Sports Ireland Sports College of the Year in 2019, 2020 and 2023.
