Our graduates give back to DCU in so many ways, from mentoring students and getting involved in reunions, to giving back philanthropically.
This spring, we are asking DCU graduates around the world to donate to the DCU Alumni Fund: because every student should have the same opportunities to excel, and the next new discovery could transform lives and societies. Your support will create opportunities for research with impact, and support life-changing scholarships that help students from underrepresented backgrounds to overcome the obstacles and make their mark on the future.
In this video, DCU graduates Jonny Cooper, Shay Walsh and Michelle O’Hagan share how alumni giving is making a difference.
We know that peer-to-peer conversations help to increase awareness and encourage giving. If you believe in DCU’s mission to transform lives and societies, you can help us spread the word by becoming a Class Champion.
Class Champions are DCU alumni who inspire their classmates to give back to DCU, providing future students with the same life-changing opportunities shared by our alumni. When graduates volunteer as Class Champions, we prepare a campaign to connect with your DCU classmates and start conversations about why you want to support DCU. Class Champions may volunteer to take part and share campaigns with their classmates for one year or a number of years.
Our next Class Champion campaign launches on 2 April 2026.
