DCU Access to the Workplace - Victoria and Ipsen

Through Access to the Workplace, DCU student Victoria Ilori had the chance to take on a summer internship with biopharmaceutical company Ipsen.

In this video, Victoria and Derek Clifford, Senior Manufacturing Science and Technology Manager at Ipsen, share their experiences with the programme.

Our award-winning DCU Access to the Workplace programme helps create a level playing field for DCU Access students from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds and for neurodivergent students. We work with leading Irish companies to offer professional summer internships to talented students who may not have the same opportunities as their peers, supporting equal and early access to employment opportunities and professional connections.
