In 2024, this unique programme was extended to children for the first time, thanks to philanthropic support from Community Foundation Ireland, the Cerebral Palsy Foundation and our anonymous donors. Now, we are seeking support to bring this therapy from the lab into schools and health centres.
In this video, Owen Murphy describes the impact of the therapy for his son Culann, who reached new milestones both in his movement and in his wider development. We also hear from Clinical Lead Ronan Langan and Dr Deirdre Murray, Associate Professor of Neurorehabilitation and Technology, who share the impact of the research programme and their vision for its future.
